welcome to my beautiful, hideous website, and my online test kitchen. this is where i write down all of the recipes i find online once i've tested them and loved them - with alterations to techniques, equipment, and ingredients based on what our kitchen's needs are. if you found this site without me sending you the link - welcome! glad to have you here ^u^
while i list the ingredients first, heed this advice: always read the instructions fully at least once before starting anything! some things require a lot of preparation in advance; others require precise timing and can't be done out of order, like baked goods; and it's best to avoid any possible misreading. mise en place and an abundance of caution are your best friends in the kitchen!
